UTalento is a service from Talent Venture Studios AB (org. nr 559549-8329), Sweden. By using UTalento you agree to these terms.
2. What UTalento is
UTalento helps you explore your strengths, study and work options, and wellbeing. It offers guidance and reflection to support your own decisions. It isn't medical, psychological, or professional career advice — for those, speak to a qualified professional.
3. Accounts
Some features need an account. Keep your login details to yourself, and give us accurate information. Teachers are responsible for the classes and activities they run; schools are responsible for arranging the consent their students need to take part.
4. Students never pay
UTalento is always free for students. We never charge a student — or anyone — to take part in an activity or to apply for an opportunity through the platform.
5. Using UTalento fairly
Use UTalento as intended. Don't misuse it, disrupt it, try to reach other people's data, or upload anything unlawful or harmful to others. In the classmate activity, choose honestly and kindly.
6. Your content and ours
What you write and answer stays yours; you give us permission to use it to run the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. The platform itself — its design, content, and software — belongs to us, and we give you a personal, non-transferable right to use it.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep UTalento running well, and we'll keep improving it, which means features can change. We'll give reasonable notice of significant changes to these terms; continuing to use UTalento means you accept the updated terms.
8. Liability
UTalento is provided to support your own choices. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses arising from its use. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
9. Which country's law applies
These terms are governed by Swedish law. If you use UTalento as a consumer, you also keep the mandatory consumer-protection rights of the country where you live: if you live in Sweden, Swedish law applies to you; if you live in Spain, Spanish law applies to you. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have where you live.
