About us
Choosing a career should not come down to luck.
UTalento is a career guidance platform for schools. We read the European labour market and turn it into a next step a student can actually take.
Started in Stockholm in 2026. Working with schools in Sweden and Spain, in English, Swedish and Spanish.
Backed by
Independent, and not alone
UTalento is backed by Talent Venture Group, a Stockholm venture builder with years in hiring and talent technology, whose team has taken six companies through to an exit, Universum among them. They invested, and they gave us somewhere to start. They do not run the product, and they never see a student’s data.
In good company
Partners and backers, not schools running the product.
